Douglas M. McIntosh, President of McIntosh Sawran & Cartaya, P.A. spoke to the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel (ACCEC) at its annual meeting in Chicago in May 2017. McIntosh presented as a panelist on the Counsel’s professional and ethics segment. He discussed the roles of insurers, insureds, and independent counsel under insurance law.
McIntosh is an elected Fellow in the ACCEC and serves as co-chair of its Professionalism & Ethics Committee.
