Social Media and the Legal World: Where Do We Go From Here?

Social media has crept into all of our lives – both personally and professionally. Social media's impact on the legal world has been multi-fold. This webinar will investigate some of the ways that social media has impacted products liability litigation and trials.
  • What is social media and what are some of the major social media tools being used?
  • What are some of the liabilities that companies face as a result of social media and what best practices can inside and outside counsel use in the Web 2.0 world?
  • Social media's impact on the pharmaceutical industry: how do companies deal with patient and employee-generated social media content while continuing to meet FDA regulations; and what has the FDA said about social media in this space?
