Kat Gallagher, a partner at Beck Redden LLP, has been named by Benchmark Litigation as one of the best female lawyers in the nation.
She is included in the list of 2017 Top Women in U.S. Litigation and is one of the seven Houston female litigators earning this distinct recognition.
Kat manages a high‐stakes practice focused on products liability matters, and medical malpractice
disputes. She has also represented clients in professional malpractice, intentional torts, premises
liability, and environmental negligence cases. Her in‐depth trial experience has made her the "center of
attention amongst her peers." Kat currently represents Johnson & Johnson's subsidiary Ethicon Inc. on a
product liability dispute.
