2013 Corporate Counsel College Recap

The 2013 Corporate Counsel College was held April 25-26, 2013 at The Ritz-Carlton in Chicago. The meeting was well received by attendees. They commented on the excellent, high level speakers and great opportunities to meet with others.

The IADC was pleased to welcome Justice Sandra Day O'Connor as the Keynote Speaker who thrilled the audience with her astute observations and wit. Attendees really started talking during the "Hot Topics" session. Many commented that ethics speaker Stephen R. Martin, II of Baker & McKenzie Compliance gave the most informative and entertaining session on professional responsibility that they had ever seen. A panel of highly experienced in-house counsel gave a frank perspective on the concerns in today's General Counsel Office. A panel of four sitting judges offered a unique opportunity to dialogue on our judicial system.

Thank you to Corporate Counsel College Dean George S. Hodges and the entire College Advisory Board for all of their work to put together this fine program.
