The International Association of Defense Counsel has created a brand new program designed to provide hands-on advocacy skills practice for experienced litigators, insurance executives, and in-house counsel who engage in ADR domestically or internationally. Over three days, our expert faculty, consisting of practitioners, mediators, and arbitrators, will lead participants through a combination of interactive discussions and workshops. Those familiar with the IADC's renowned Trial Academy will recognize this proven format of demonstration and hands-on practice.
