Robert C. Palmer, III has joined the firm Shell Fleming Davis & Menge, P.A. as partner as of October 1, 2016. Mr. Palmer has more than 30 years of experience in handling significant personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, and construction defect cases in the state and federal courts of Northwest Florida. He has expanded his practice as a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Civil Mediator. He will continue to represent clients in litigation and trial. His mediation practice includes successful mediations in personal injury and wrongful death; construction defect claims; commercial disputes; and employment litigation including claims arising from non-compete agreements. Bob is certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by The Florida Bar.
He served as Chair of the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar. He served on the Board of Directors of The Florida Bar Foundation from 1992 to 1998. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, having also served as President of FLABOTA.
