Mr. Scully’s practice focuses on the defense of major manufacturers in product liability litigation. He is admitted to practice in California, Illinois, Michigan, New York, the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court in the Sixth, Eighth, and Ninth Circuits. He is a member of DRI, AAAM and other professional organizations. Randall R. Riggs

Mr. Riggs is a senior partner of Locke Reynolds LLP and chairs the firm's Product Liability Section. Mr. Riggs devotes his practice to the defense of vehicle/equipment manufacturers and distributors headquartered in the U.S. and internationally. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the IADC, the Defense Research Institute, the Product Liability Advisory Council, and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. In 2002, he was named “Indiana Defense Lawyer of the Year.” He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America 2005, 2006 and 2007 editions. He is a former Chair of DRI's Product Liability Committee and a member of DRI's Board of Directors. Mr. Riggs is a 1977 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington.

John C. Aisenbrey

After graduating from Georgetown Law Center and a clerkship with Circuit Judge Roger Robb on the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, Mr. Aisenbrey served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of Columbia from 1978 to 1981. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal matters. He also serves as national and regional counsel defending manufacturers of industrial, farm and construction equipment in product liability actions. He has substantial jury trial experience, having taken more than 50 jury cases to verdict as lead trial counsel in federal and state courts in Missouri and Kansas, as well as around the country.

William H. Bave, Jr.

Mr. Bave received his undergraduate degree in political science from Providence College in 1970, and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1973. After law school he became an assistant district attorney in Westchester County, New York from 1973 to 1978 where he tried major felony cases during his final years in the office. In 1978 he joined the firm of Wilson, Bave as an associate and became a partner in 1985. Presently he specializes in medical malpractice defense and construction accident litigation. While the majority of his practice is defense he also represents plaintiffs in all areas of tort litigation except medical malpractice.

M.C. Carrington received a B.B.A. in accounting with honors in 1979 from Texas Tech University and his J.D. with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1982. He is a member of MehaffyWeber, P.C.’s Management Committee. Mr. Carrington has tried to a verdict approximately forty cases in the last eight years. The cases have included toxic tort litigation, products liability, premises liability, premises security, commercial litigation and employment discrimination. Many of the cases which he has successfully defended have been in the courts of Jefferson County, Texas.
