What is Think IADC First?
Think IADC First is a new program designed to encourage our members to consider fellow IADC members when the opportunity arises to refer business. 

Why Think IADC First?
The IADC prides itself in having an elite, international membership of approximately 2,500 peer-reviewed, in house counsel, insurance executives, and outside counsel representing business entities across the world. With the talent and expertise of our members, you can be confident that your client will be well represented when referred to an IADC member. 

How to Think IADC First?
If you are looking for a specific lawyer, someone who specializes in a particular area or practices in a certain jurisdiction, go to www.iadclaw.org and click on the Think IADC First icon. The new, online membership directory makes it simple to quickly search and locate other IADC members by name, area of practice, geographic location and firm or company name.




Sending a Referral
You can use the online directory to e-mail professional contact information for a member to a potential client or colleague. 

Step 1:  Search for member by: Name, Firm/Company, City, State/Province, Country, or Practice Area.
Step 2:  Click the "View Detail" link to see the profile for that member.
Step 3:  To send the member's profile to a potential client or colleague, click on the Email Professional Profile tab.  
Step 4:  Enter the email address of the person who will receive the profile and your personal message.
Step 5:  Click Send

Referrals Are Confidential
Your referrals will be kept confidential but the IADC would like to track the number of referrals for office purposes only.  Please click here if you referred a case or received a referral and would like to submit the information confidentially.
