Since the Strategic Plan was adopted in May 2003 and reviewed on an annual basis, the Board of Directors has been creating and implementing specific initiatives and projects to support its goals. These are being carried out by the Committees, Task Forces, and staff of the IADC. Strategic Plan efforts are documented in the quarterly newsletter of the IADC, the IADC Docket, through electronic communications such as the IADC News, and on the IADC website.
