Tucker Ellis has elected five of its attorneys to the firms partnership effective January 1, 2019, which includes IADC member James Hemmings.
James represents clients including pharmaceutical and medical device companies, consumer and industrial product manufacturers, industrial chemical suppliers, and national universities at all levels of state and federal courts. He has managed or participated on trial teams in mass tort proceedings, multidistrict litigation, and class actions relating to product liability and other tort, consumer fraud, insurance, antitrust, RICO, and breach of contract matters. Mr. Hemmings received his law degree with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law. He also holds a master’s degree from The University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
