The IADC announces that Monika McQuillen, a partner at Lustenberger Rechtsanwälte KLG in Zurich, Switzerland, has accepted an invitation to join the association, the preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.
“I am delighted to have been accepted as a member of the IADC and look forward to sharing insights into the work as a defense lawyer and actively participating in the broad offer of educational and professional development opportunities,” Ms. McQuillen said.
Ms. McQuillen focuses her practice in areas including arbitration and litigation in complex commercial disputes, mediation, employment law (contentious and non-contentious), internal investigations, data protection, and international judicial assistance.
Ms. McQuillen holds a Master of Law (magna cum laude) from the University of Zurich and received her LL.M. (summa cum laude) from the University of Cologne. Before entering into the advocacy, she received her Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Cooperative State University of Mannheim and worked almost a decade in the chemical industry.
