Siraj Omar, SC, Director of Dispute Resolution for Drew & Napier LLC in Singapore, was appointed to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)'s Board of Directors and the Board Executive Committee.
SIAC is a not-for-profit international arbitration organization based in Singapore which administers arbitrations under its own rules of arbitration and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
Siraj specializes in complex, high-value commercial litigation and international arbitration. He has an active trial and appellate practice at all levels of the Courts in Singapore and in international arbitrations.
He is a civilian panel member of the Military Court of Appeal and Deputy Commissioner of the Government Procurement Adjudication Tribunal. He also sits as arbitrator in international arbitrations and as a mediator.
