Leadership Advisory Council
The Leadership Advisory Council is charged with:
- Providing advice, counsel, and feedback to the IADC President, President-Elect, and Board (as requested).
- Creating and delivering annual leadership content.
- Conducting exit interviews and gathering IADC experience feedback from previous Board members who did not serve as President for anonymous sharing with the President, President-Elect, and Board (as requested) to aid the President, President-Elect, and Board in their leadership roles and for strategic planning of initiatives to best serve the IADC.
- Attending IADC meetings and events on an as-needed or desired basis as official LAC delegates.
