IADC Members Inducted to American College of Trial Lawyers

Five IADC members became Fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers. 

IADC members who have been inducted include:

Heather Lamars Bogard is a partner at Costello, Porter, Hill, Heisterkamp, Bushnell & Carpenter, LLP in Rapid City, South Dakota . Her practice areas primarily include civil litigation and employment law. Heather also has extensive jury trial experience.  

Melanie L. Carpenter is a shareholder of Woods Fuller in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Melanie has represented Woods Fuller clients with litigation and employment law needs since 1996. Whether civil litigation due to employment issues, insurance defense, or business disputes, she diligently represents her clients’ best interests.

Daniel K. Cray is a founding member and partner at Cray Huber Horstman Heil & VanAusdal LLC in Chicago, Illinois, with extensive trial experience in state and federal courts throughout the United States, having been admitted pro hac vice in over 30 separate venues. Mr. Cray has over 35 years of experience in the supervision, preparation and trial of complex tort and commercial litigation, concentrating in catastrophic loss cases.

Steven J. Pugh is a shareholder of Richardson Plowden and practices in Columbia, South Carolina. His law practice includes civil litigation, including major class actions, the defense of electric and gas utility claims, the defense of product liability claims, toxic torts including asbestos, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and transportation law.

T. David Rheney is a partner at Gallivan White & Boyd, P.A. located in the Greenville, South Carolina, office. He is one of the firm’s most influential trial lawyers, and he travels often, providing global legal counsel as the South Carolina representative and a past president of Insuralex – a worldwide network of lawyers specializing in insurance and reinsurance matters.
