The IADC is pleased to announce Andrew S. Chamberlin as Dean of the 2025 Corporate Counsel College. The Corporate Counsel College is a two-day program designed specifically for in-house counsel and their trusted outside advisors.
The 2025 Corporate Counsel College will take place April 10 and 11 at The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago and Andrew has announced the theme as “The Future of the In-House Counsel/Outside Counsel Relationship in a Changing World.”
Andrew is a partner with Ellis & Winters and has a broad national and international practice. He has handled pharmaceutical and medical device, product liability, and catastrophic injury defense cases, as well as the prosecution and defense of commercial, construction, and intellectual property disputes. He has handled multiple matters involving lithium-ion batteries including fire investigations, construction and EPC disputes, and products liability and commercial claims alleging the defective design and manufacture of batteries and battery management systems.
He was selected “Lawyer of the Year” for personal injury litigation defense in the North Carolina Triad area by The Best Lawyers in America. Additionally, he is ranked one of the best products liability lawyers in North Carolina by Products Liability Defense.
Andrew is a past President of the IADC and joined the association in 2003. We look forward to his leadership.
