State Best Practices Survey

The Foundation of the IADC, under the direction of IADC member Tammy White and with the assistance of members across the country, created a “State Best Practices Survey” in 2012 which provides state-by-state information concerning major areas of civil practice from discovery to trial.

The survey includes commentary concerning local practices and the application of those rules and statutes.
