Paul Y.P. Chang

Paul Y.P. Chang is an Associate at Tsar & Tsai Law Firm. Mr. Chang specializes in capital markets, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and corporate compliance. He has advised Taiwanese listed multinational technology companies on the issuance of Global Depositary Receipts and Euro-Convertible Bonds and has participated in numerous large-scale cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Paul holds an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and dual LL.B. degrees in Law and Land Economics from National Chengchi University. At Penn Carey Law, he served as editor for both the Journal of International Law and the Asian Law Review. During his undergraduate studies, he graduated first in his class and was inducted into the Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society. He was also awarded the Tao-Nan Medal and selected as NCCU’s 2019 commencement speaker. He is now a member of the Commercial and Insurance Law Committee of the Taiwan Bar Association.
