Thomas Gaillard, III

Tom Gaillard is managing partner at Helmsing Leach Herlong Newman & Rouse, in Mobile, Alabama. He maintains an active civil trial and appellate practice in both federal and state courts. A lawyer in private practice for more than 25 years, Tom has worked on a diverse array of cases with a focus on civil defense litigation and trial work, including product liability, medical and professional liability, personal injury, wrongful death and toxic tort litigation.
