Litigation and business law firm Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC announced the addition of an employment and insurance defense attorney and IADC member Brian S. Duffy to its Nashville office. Brian brings with him more than forty years of experience and will serve in an Of Counsel role for the firm.

Duffy comes to Spicer Rudstrom from McConnaughhay, Duffy, Coonrod, Pope, Weaver, Stern & Thomas PA in Tallahassee, Florida, where he was a shareholder. Besides employment and insurance defense, Brian will focus his practice on automobile liability, business and commercial litigation; civil rights litigation, government tort liability, premises and products liability; trucking and transportation litigation; and veterinary malpractice defense.
Duffy is a former Senior Assistant Attorney General for Florida. He was an honors graduate of Florida State University College of Law. He has achieved an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has been Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a Civil Trial Law Specialist continuously for more than 20 years, and has achieved inclusion in the Super Lawyers: Civil Litigation: Defense 2009 list, as well as their Employment Litigation: Defense list since 2010.
