Christopher A. Kenney recently obtained a directed verdict in a Superior Court trial for his client, an industry-leading national restaurant chain. The Plaintiff, a retired architect, alleged certain building code and ADA violations that caused a personal injury accident. This was a “test-case” for a threatened class action. After cross examinations of the Plaintiff and the local building inspector, the trial judge directed a verdict in favor of his client.
