Christy Jones Obtained Defense Verdict for Merck

Lead Trial Counsel and IADC member Christy Jones of Butler, Snow, O’Mara, Stevens & Cannada, PLLC, recently obtained a defense verdict for Merck in Atlantic County, New Jersey in an eight-week trial. The case was brought by a single plaintiff alleging serious injuries as a result of using a pharmaceutical medicine. This is the second victory for this team in New Jersey in this litigation. Christy was teamed with Paul F. Strain from Venable, LLP; Eileen Muskett from Fox Rothschild, LLP; and William J. Beausoleil from Hughes Hubbard & Reed, LLP.
