Daniel Higginbotham and Sherrie Armstrong Davis
Daniel Higginbotham and Sherrie Armstrong Davis, partners at Thomas Combs & Spann, PLLC, along with colleagues Phil Combs, Emily Ford, and Sara Oaks, recently obtained a $30 million verdict for their client, Ramaco Resources, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia after a week-long trial. Although Daniel, Sherrie, and the entire TCS team are recognized for their defense work, this plaintiff-side victory reflects a principle shared by many IADC members: we are trial attorneys, first and foremost.
