Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel partner David Brock has been named the 2010 Defense Trial Lawyer of Year by the Defense Trial Lawyers of Western New York. Named in memory of local attorney Robert M. Kiebala, the award is conferred upon an attorney who best exemplifies the Association’s mission of “promoting the highest standard of trial conduct through member education and advocating the defense position in civil cases with the judiciary and where appropriate in the New York State legislature.” He will be honored at the Association's annual dinner on December 8th.Mr. Brock has practiced law in the Western New York area over the past four decades and is a trial lawyer and member of Jaeckle's Litigation Practice Area.
