The IADC amicus curiae program has been active in recent months. The following briefs were filed by the IADC since the last Defense Counsel Journal issue:
- On December 21, 2018, the IADC filed an amicus brief in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in City of Pomona v. SQM North America Corporation. It can be found here.
