Trevor J. Morgan, Altep, Inc., El Paso, TX

Trevor J. Morgan currently is a senior member of Altep's professional staff, serving as the Manager of Product Strategy within their Research and Development department. Mr. Morgan helps to drive the product management and strategic initiatives of Altep's software development efforts and document review technologies. He also is involved in the daily oversight of software engineering activities to ensure long-term strategic success of development efforts. Before joining Altep, Mr. Morgan was both the Manager of Customer Programs and a Senior Solutions Architect at Content Analyst Company, a leading vendor of advanced analytics software for the litigation support industry. He has also worked at Cisco Systems and Integrated Research as a senior systems/sales engineer and at Convera directing the Federal Services Group. Mr. Morgan's professional interests include advanced analytics (data mining, search, and classification), distributed technologies, efficacy of social networking for industries and corporations, and the convergence of voice, video, and data technologies. Mr. Morgan has been involved since before the widespread roll-out of the Internet in usability design and testing, early social networking, network-based training and learning, and technical communications. Mr. Morgan has taught at Baylor University and Texas Tech University as a teaching assistant, as well as at Howard Payne University as a full-time faculty member and Director of the Writing Laboratory.
