Elizabeth H. Overmann has joined Ragsdale Liggett PLLC as a partner in the civil litigation group in their Raleigh office. With twenty years of experience, Elizabeth adds to the firm's capabilities in trucking, personal and catastrophic injury, construction, premises and product liability. She has significant skills defending clients in complex matters pre-suit through trial and is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in North Carolina and South Carolina and state courts in Virginia. Elizabeth earned her JD from Campbell University School of Law and her BS from Appalachian State University.
