We are so excited to welcome you to a brand-new-to-IADC destination to connect and collaborate with each other in person. Join us for the 2023 Midyear Meeting, February 18 to 23, at the Fairmont Austin in Austin, Texas USA.
In order to make your hotel reservation, you must first register for the meeting with the IADC. Once registered, the IADC will send you a link to the resort's secured reservation website, along with your registration confirmation, that will allow you to secure your hotel room(s) at the Fairmont Austin. Online reservations, along with a one-night room and tax deposit, must be received on or before January 25, 2023.

Health and Safety
The IADC is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for meeting attendees and will follow all local requirements with regard to COVID-19. At present, that does not require attendees to be tested for COVID-19 before attending the meeting nor are masks required in any public spaces. However, we support everyone doing what makes them feel comfortable with regard to mask wearing, shaking hands or hugging, and we ask attendees to respect the choices of others. If you are not feeling well, please refrain from attending IADC events, and we encourage you to bring and utilize COVID-19 rapid tests if you are symptomatic.
