Come join IADC members and their guests for content and connection, which includes an optional docent tour of the Buffalo AKG Art Museum, presentations from esteemed IADC members, a cocktail reception, and an optional dinner to follow.

Optional Docent Tour:
An optional one-hour docent tour of the Buffalo AKG Art Museum is available at 12:30 p.m. prior to the afternoon programming. The tour will highlight the museum’s 150-year tradition of collecting, conserving, and exhibiting the art of its time, and will focus on works from the mid-eighteenth century to the mid-twentieth century.

Cost per person is $20 and the private tour is limited to 15 people, to be reserved and paid in advance. Please register for the optional docent tour via the registration link, indicating the number of attendees.

An optional dinner will follow the cocktail reception at 6:00 p.m. Please register for the optional dinner via the registration link, indicating the number of attendees. Cost of dinner will be the attendee’s responsibility. Dinner will be $150 per person and will include a salad, choice of entree (filet mignon, salmon, or Bolognese), dessert, and two glasses of wine. Additional wine or cocktails can be paid for separately.

Registration Instructions

Every attendee must register themselves for the Regional Meeting (IADC member or non-member), and you need to be logged in with a username and password in order to register. If you have ever attended an IADC meeting before, you already have a username and password. If you cannot remember your password, please email Leeza Abramovich, Meetings Coordinator, at [email protected].

If this is your first time registering for an event, you will need to create an account when prompted on the registration page and then continue with your registration.

When registering, please select the "Register Myself" button, then answer the question and press the “Save Response” button, followed by the "Proceed to Checkout" button, and finally the "Submit Order" button in order to complete your registration.

Health and Safety
The IADC is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for meeting attendees and will follow all local requirements with regard to COVID-19. At present, that does not require attendees to be tested for COVID-19 before attending the meeting nor are masks required in any public spaces. However, we support everyone doing what makes them feel comfortable with regard to mask wearing, shaking hands, or hugging, and we ask attendees to respect the choices of others. If you are not feeling well, please refrain from attending IADC events, and we encourage you to bring and utilize COVID-19 rapid tests if you are symptomatic.
