ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION NOTES

*NEW REGISTRATION PROCEDURES*

Once logged in, your 'Household' will appear, and you will register each person one at a time. If you previously had the name of your significant other on your IADC record, they have been added as a member of your household and should appear as an option under the 'Attendee' dropdown. If you have additional people you would like to register, i.e. a child, you need to go to your account profile, click 'Household' and add family members. Once that is completed, all members of your family will appear as optional attendees on the 2026 Annual Meeting registration site.

Please follow these steps below:

  1. Select yourself.
  2. Select registration type. (Everyone selects R1. Only Corporate Counsel and Insurance Executives are eligible for the 2-day packages.)
  3. Answer questions.
  4. Select all activities that you will attend.
  5. Click 'Add to Cart.'
  6. Complete steps 1-5 for any additional family members, one at a time. If you selected R1 when registering yourself, you will also select the R1 option for any family members. The appropriate price will automatically populate for anyone in your household.
  7. Click ‘Registration Complete’ to go to the checkout page.
  8. (Ex.: If you want to register your 10-year-old for the Junior Kids Night In, select the activity when registering them as the 'Attendee.' They are the person participating in the activity. The same applies to all activities and tours. Each individual signs up for the activity or tour separately.)
