Join us for coffee and pastries while having a conversation on arbitration in Peru.
"A Conversation on Arbitration in Peru" will bring together leading practitioners, arbitrators, and members of the dispute resolution community to discuss the evolution of arbitration in Peru over the past decades, including the development of investment arbitration, its contribution to the country's legal and commercial environment, and some of the key opportunities and challenges currently shaping arbitral practice. The session is intended to encourage an open exchange of views and experiences while strengthening professional relationships within the arbitration community across the region.
An optional lunch will follow for those who wish to continue the discussion and networking informally. Cost of lunch is the responsibility of the attendee. Please indicate if you will be attending lunch.
