The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (“FFCRA”) is extensive, new, U.S. legislation designed to deal with the multifaceted impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, including its impact on your business, the workplace, and employment decisions. Subsequently, the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division issued guidance in the form of a Fact Sheet for EmployeesFact Sheet for Employers, FFCRA FAQs, and FFCRA Poster Notice FAQs. Further impacting employers is CARES, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Securities Act.  Join us as we discuss the FFCRA, family leave, paid sick leave, and the economic stimulus package addressing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
