Join the IADC at 2:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 as we continue our diversity and inclusion discussions focusing on identifying ways each of us can become more than allies in the fight for social equality in the legal profession and social justice.

According to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), antisemitic “incidents reached an all-time high in the United States in 2021, with a total of 2,717 incidents of assault, harassment, and vandalism reported. This represents the highest number of incidents on record since ADL began tracking antisemitic incidents in 1979 – an average of more than seven incidents per day and a 34 percent increase year over year.”

Recently, high-profile individuals have hurled antisemitic insults and promoted dangerous false narratives regarding the Jewish community. Our panelists Rebecca Weinstein Bacon, Chris Berdy, and Stu Goldberg will share how these remarks and national news headlines impact individuals of Jewish faith and tell us how we can become better allies and encourage others to do the same.
