California Wildfires - What's Next for Us and Our Clients?
This Webinar will focus on the many legal issues arising from the devastating 2025 California wildfires which will play out over the next few years, ranging from insurance issues to the environmental impacts to likely litigation frontiers.
Our IADC panelists, from a number of different Substantive Law Committees and each of whom is well-versed in the legal nuances arising from these types of events, will offer their insights on the California fires in particular and large-scale disruptions generally.
