Cooking and Conversation with Al and Olivia Vance

Sunday, December 06, 2020
04:00 PM - 05:00 PM Central Standard Time (US & Mexico)
AL
United States

The IADC Foundation presents its Cooking and Conversation series, a series of informal, one hour cooking demonstrations and conversation based on recipes from the IADC Foundation’s new cookbook, International Accumulation of Delightful Cuisine.

*FAMILY FRIENDLY*

Join Al Vance and his daughter, Olivia, on Sunday, December 6 at 4:00 p.m. CST for our next Cooking and Conversation.

In this family-friendly Cooking and Conversation, Al and Olivia will demonstrate "Not Your Grandmother's Pound Cake." (Named as such because it is Olivia's Grandmother's Pound Cake, of course!)

The recipe will be included with your confirmation and you can cook along or just grab coffee or a cocktail and relax and watch the demonstration. Family of all ages are welcome to participate!

The event will be through Zoom and will last one hour. There is no fee to attend but you must register to receive your individualized Zoom link to the event.

Al is with Altec, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama USA.

To order your copy of International Accumulation of Delightful Cuisine, click here. Cookbooks are now available for gift orders! Send your colleagues, friends, and clients some cheer with this book of more than 200 family recipes from around the world. All gift orders are sent from the IADC direct with your individual note and information on the IADC Foundation, so the receiver will know you support the rule of law and access to justice around the world.

IADC Zoom Links

If you’ve registered for a virtual IADC meeting and have had difficulty locating your Zoom link (each registrant receives a specific link to them), below are some helpful tips:

  • After registering, you will receive an email from the IADC staffer coordinating the meeting which uses this no-reply@zoom.us address to send your link. Please be sure you whitelist that address as it could get caught in your spam filters. In addition, you are able to add the meeting and your Zoom link to your calendar through this email.
  • NEW! Your IADC website profile. We recently updated member profiles to include your links to any virtual IADC meeting for which you are registered. Go to your account, and when you click to view/edit your account, go to the “Meeting Participation” tab. There you'll find “Upcoming Virtual Meetings/Virtual Links” which includes your Zoom link for each of your registered meetings. You can copy and paste your specific Zoom link into your browser to join the meeting.
