04:00 PM - 05:00 PM
The IADC Foundation presents its Cooking and Conversation series, a series of informal, one hour cooking demonstrations and conversation based on recipes from the IADC Foundation’s new cookbook, International Accumulation of Delightful Cuisine.
Join Cal and Cathy Watson on Sunday, November 1 at 4:00 p.m. EST for our next Cooking and Conversation.
Cal and Cathy will be demonstrating a local favorite – Lowcountry Pimiento Cheese. Cal will also talk about all the ways you can use this old-style Southern dish, including pimiento cheese biscuits and pimiento cheese grits.
Cal is with Robinson Gray Stepp & Laffitte, LLC in Columbia, South Carolina USA.
The recipe will be included with your confirmation and you can cook along or just relax and watch the demonstration. The event will be through Zoom and will last one hour. Registration will be limited to 25 people.

IADC Zoom Links
If you’ve registered for a virtual IADC meeting and have had difficulty locating your Zoom link (each registrant receives a specific link to them), below are some helpful tips:
- After registering, you will receive an email from the IADC staffer coordinating the meeting which uses this firstname.lastname@example.org address to send your link. Please be sure you whitelist that address as it could get caught in your spam filters. In addition, you are able to add the meeting and your Zoom link to your calendar through this email.
- NEW! Your IADC website profile. We recently updated online member profiles to include your links to any virtual IADC meeting for which you are registered. Go to your account on IADC’s website, and click “to view/edit,” then go to the “Committee and Meeting Participation” tab. Scroll down to “Upcoming Virtual Meetings” and you will find all future virtual meetings for which you are registered with your Zoom links. You can copy and paste your specific Zoom link into your browser to join the meeting.
