The IADC Foundation presents its Cooking and Conversation series, a series of informal, one hour cooking demonstrations and conversation based on recipes from the IADC Foundation’s new cookbook, International Accumulation of Delightful Cuisine.
Join Heidi and Will Friedman on Thursday, September 17 at 7:00 p.m. EDT for our next Cooking and Conversation.
In advance of Rosh Hashanah, the Friedmans will be demonstrating a Jewish holiday staple, the brisket. In particular, they will be making their “No One Makes Brisket Better Than A Friedman” brisket recipe featured in the Foundation cookbook.
Heidi is with Thompson Hine LLP in Cleveland, Ohio USA.
The recipe will be included with your confirmation and you can cook along or just grab coffee or a cocktail and relax and watch the demonstration. The event will be through Zoom and will last one hour.
