With most big and small companies operating on a global basis, lawyers now more than ever need to understand how to gather evidence outside of the United States. The discovery rules and techniques for developing evidence and gathering information is different in foreign jurisdictions. This Webinar will discuss the differences between discovery in the U.S. and discovery abroad and provide tips for gathering evidence outside your jurisdiction.
