Fletch Thomson, Senior Associate General Counsel at Textron Inc., has been appointed Vice President, General Counsel for the Textron eAviation segment, effective August 1, 2022.
Fletch joined Textron’s Corporate Legal Department in 2012 in the litigation practice group. He currently serves as Senior Associate General Counsel covering general, commercial, and intellectual property disputes and litigation for corporate, enterprise and business unit functions, as well as general litigation support for Kautex. He has also led the enterprise legal effort in providing guidance on COVID-19 regulations.
From October 2016-March 2017 Fletch also served as General Counsel for Kautex based in Bonn, Germany. He is a graduate of Lafayette College and received a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law (2001) and an LL.M. from Trinity College Dublin School of Law in European Law (2002).
