Mr. Haston co-chairs the firm’s Life Sciences Industry Team and represents a broad spectrum of clients on regional, national, and international engagements. He has served numerous clients as national trial and coordinating counsel, as a national team member in individual actions, and in mass tort and multi-district litigation. His experience involves matters throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Haston earned his J.D. (summa cum laude) from The University of Alabama School of Law. He also has a B.A. from Auburn University.
Ms. Hollabaugh has served as the lead trial lawyer in more than a dozen jury trials, as well as more than two dozen bench trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. She advises leading natural gas pipeline companies on issues involving location, land acquisition, construction, and operations. In addition, she serves as lead counsel for several pipeline projects in the Southeast involving more than 200 lawsuits. She also represents leading pharmaceutical, medical device, and other manufacturers in matters ranging from individual lawsuits to mass tort cases. Ms. Hollabaugh holds a J.D. and a B.S., both from the University of Tennessee.
Mr. Stewart has extensive litigation experience in several states defending national and international corporations in product liability, employment, toxic tort, commercial, intellectual property disputes, and large personal injury cases. He has also represented attorneys, hospitals, and architects in actions alleging malpractice. Mr. Stewart holds a J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and a B.A. from Sewanee: The University of the South.
Mr. Goodman is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who has worked on major chemical exposure, class action, commercial, and pharmaceutical litigation matters, most of which involved hundreds or thousands of claims. Earlier matters include asbestos, dioxin, hearing loss, and toxic waste site and Superfund-related litigation. His practice in recent years has focused on the national-level defense of pharmaceutical and chemical companies in complex commercial and personal injury litigation. Mr. Goodman holds a J.D. from The University of Mississippi and a B.A. (cum laude) from Millsaps College.
