Richards Brandt Miller Nelson Shareholder Gary Johnson has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership, and excellence in insurance law by being named to The Legal Elite in Utah Business Magazine.
With more than three decades of experience in law, Mr. Johnson is uniquely positioned to oversee a wide range of tasks on behalf of Richards Brandt Miller Nelson, which provides litigation in the areas of construction, family law, labor and employment law; motion and appeals; personal injury and property loss; and real estate transactions, in addition to many others. During the course of his daily routine, he provides clients with legal representation and consultations in the areas of insurance law, litigation, and mediation and arbitration.
Mr. Johnson excels in his profession because of his prior experiences in the industry and his educational background, which includes a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from the University of Nevada in Reno, as well as a J.D. from The University of Utah. He maintains a connection to his field through his affiliations with the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel, the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, the Utah Defense Lawyers Association, the Utah State Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. Throughout his impressive career, he has won a variety of awards, including an AV Rating through Martindale-Hubbell, being named to the Legal Elite in Utah Business Magazine, and being named to the Mountain States Super Lawyers. In the coming years, Mr. Johnson intends to experience continued growth and success with the practice.
