Henry M. Sneath Installed as Adjunct Professor of Law at Duquesne University School of Law

IADC member and Pittsburgh attorney Henry M. Sneath, Esquire, a principal and shareholder in Picadio Sneath Miller & Norton, P.C., has been installed as an adjunct professor of law at Duquesne University School of Law teaching two upper class intellectual property concentration elective courses: “Trade Secret Law” (with a heavy emphasis on technology, data security, forensics, and the new Federal DTSA law) and “Trademark and Unfair Competition Law.” He has taught in both the 2016 and 2017 academic years and will continue to teach these IP courses in rotation each year. He continues to maintain his full-time private practice of law concentrating in the litigation areas of intellectual property (patent, trademarks, and copyrights); energy; catastrophic accident and products liability defense; insurance and bad faith law; cybersecurity and the law of non-competition/non-disclosure; trade secrets; and business litigation.

He has again been listed in Best Lawyers in America in five categories, including Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, Patent Litigation, Personal Injury Defense Litigation, and Legal Malpractice Litigation. He has also been listed again as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in Intellectual Property and Business Litigation. Mr. Sneath has also announced that he is available to serve as a consultant, mediator, neutral, expert legal witness, or court special master in these areas in which he has private practice and advanced academic and teaching experience.
