IADC President-Elect Andrew Kopon, Jr. Wins Case Before Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago

IADC President-Elect Andy Kopon, a founding member of Kopon Airdo, LLC, won a case before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago on behalf of Marian Catholic High School and Joanna Drackert, the school counselor. The case involved alleged race discrimination in regards to random drug testings that were performed on students which would happen regularly within the school.
