IADC member J. Nathan Cole recently formed Cole Law Partners, P.C., a Boston-based litigation firm representing contractors, owners, developers, and manufacturers. CLP focuses on construction, commercial litigation, and employment law. Nate was the Chair of the IADC’s Construction Law and Litigation Committee from 2022-2024 and currently serves on the Membership Committee where he is the Northeast Regional Chair. Nate also served on the IADC’s Nominating Committee in Hawaii for the 2023 Annual Meeting.
