John E. Cuttino joined Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. in the firm's Columbia, South Carolina office. John's practice at GWB will focus on the litigation of a variety of matters including class actions, design and construction defects; toxic and mass torts; insurance coverage, tort and personal injury; intellectual property, products liability, professional negligence, and alternative dispute resolution.
John is a veteran litigation with more than 30 years of experience in the state and federal courts of South Carolina. He has tried more than 75 cases to verdict as lead counsel during his career and is regularly retained by insurers, self-insureds, risk management entities, corporations, and individuals.
