John Hall Jr. Receives Defense Verdict in Personal Injury Case

John E. Hall, Jr., recently received a defense verdict after a jury trial in a personal injury case filed in the Circuit Court of Madison County, Tennessee, for the 26th Judicial District at Jackson in his representation of a nutritionist company that selected food being served at a preschool where a child died from choking. Plaintiff brought suit against the nutritionist company that had made the decision on what to serve on the lunch menu for the preschool. Following eight hours of deliberations over a two day period, the jury returned a defense verdict for the nutritionist company.
