John T. Lay is the 2010 Fred H. Sievert Award Recipient

John T. Lay is this year's recipient of the Fred H. Sievert Award. This award honors an individual who, as president of a state or local defense association, has made a significant contribution toward achieving the goals and objectives of the organized defense bar.

The award will be presented at the Awards Luncheon Thursday, October 21 at the 2010 DRI Annual Meeting in San Diego, California.
