The new UK Bribery Act creates corporate liability for failing to prevent bribery. A company's defense is to
demonstrate that it has in place "adequate procedures" to prevent and detect bribery. This program will discuss the UK Bribery Act, guidance issued by the Ministry of Justice on what constitutes adequate procedures, and provide tips on how to modify existing anti-bribery compliance programs to take account of the Ministry of Justice guidance.
