J.T. Wilson, a partner at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, received summary judgment in favor of a public official/municipal client, former Mayor David Hanks, in the Sailsbery v. Village of Sauk Village, et al. case. 

Summarily, plaintiff alleged gender discrimination and retaliation under Title VII because the mayor appointed another candidate as chief of police, vacated the deputy chief position previously held by plaintiff, and returned plaintiff to her civil service rank.
