Lawyers for Civil Justice (LCJ) and the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform (ILR) submitted comments last week to the Civil Rules Advisory Committee regarding proposed amendments to Rules 56 and 26 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. In the comments, the LCJ and ILR offered support for the adoption of both sets of amendments, but made some suggestions for improvement. Thank you to IADC members Leigh Ann Schell, Michele Smith, and Bruce Parker for their work on this effort.
