Mark C. Fleming won an important case in the Supreme Court of the United States --
Stanford University v. Roche Molecular Systems. The 7-2 decision by Chief Justice Roberts affirmed the position of client Roche, and is the first time that the Supreme Court has affirmed a patent decision by the Federal Circuit notwithstanding the U.S. Government urging reversal. This case was Mr. Fleming's first oral argument before the Supreme Court.
